InStyle Home Services, a local DFW luxury home service company is setting its sights high, and providing much needed services to the Metroplex affluent homeowner.
Michael Bodner, owner of InStyle Home Services, believes in doing things right. Mr. Bodner has taken the humble art of window cleaning and is putting a Fortune 500 spin on the entire business model.
Bodner, who has had much corporate success in other industries, decided that window cleaning and home services needed a serious makeover. “The problem is that historically, many cleaning services have been made up of a few good guys with nothing but mops and buckets thrown in the back of an old pick up truck”, says Bodner. “We are transforming the industry by infusing a corporate structure into the home services business.”
When InStyle pulls up to the million dollar plus homes that they specialize in, they do so in a fleet of $50,000 Dodge Sprinter cargo vans retrofitted to contain all the tools of their trade. Every home technician employed by InStyle goes through intensive training to learn each special process for all aspects of home service.
Recently, InStyle Services launched a marketing campaign aimed at the $800K to $40 million dollar households. Bodner says that they have the professional background, the training, and the experience to service the upscale household.
Recently, InStyle Services cleaned and refurbished two chandeliers worth about two million dollars each for one of their top clients. “When working around objects of such value, you have to know what you are doing”, says Mike.
