Our Process
 

All screens are first removed and cleaned (see our Screen Cleaning section).  The window tracks, top, bottom, and sides, are then brushed clean with special brushes to remove all dirt, cobwebs and dead insect build up. 

The windows are then treated to remove all insect spots, bird dirt, and other residues to prepare the glass surface for cleaning. 

All of our trained service professionals use special micro fiber washing wands in combination with squeegees that are sensitive on your glass, but aggressive on dirt. 

We also use MSDS approved, biodegradable and environmentally safe solutions that leave your windows crystal clear every time, without posing any threat to the exterior of your home.  All framework and glass is wiped free of any drips or lines with specially formulated lint free towels, to leave windows, screens and framework cleaner than the competition.

Windows, if left uncleaned, not only look aesthetically unappealing, but with continued neglect can begin to deteriorate as harmful substances ( dirt haze, corrosive hard water stains, acidic bird dirt, acid rain, etc.) begin to eat away at your glass.
