Screen Cleaning
As a standard part of our exterior window cleaning service we include a thorough cleaning of your screens. We remove your screens with specialized tools that prevent damage to your screens and framework. Each screen is brushed on both sides to remove dirt, cobwebs, and bird dirt. The frame of the screen is then wiped clean with a lint free towel.
Special sealant treatment is available for your screens to decrease dirt build up and can double the life of your screens. For more information see Screen Preservation Treatment section.
Our Process
 All screens are first removed and cleaned (see Screen Cleaning section below). The window tracks, top, bottom, and sides, are then brushed clean with special brushes to remove all dirt, cobwebs and dead insect build up. The windows are then treated to remove all insect spots, bird dirt, and other residues to prepare the glass surface for cleaning.
All of our trained service professionals use special micro fiber washing wands in combination with squeegees that are sensitive on your glass, but aggressive on dirt. We also use MSDS approved, biodegradable and environmentally safe solutions that leave your windows crystal clear every time, without posing any threat to the exterior of your home. All framework and glass is wiped free of any drips or lines with specially formulated lint free towels, to leave windows, screens and framework cleaner than the competition.
