Ceramic tiles and stone have gained tremendous popularity in upscale home interior design, and like carpet, they too periodicly need professional attention to maintain their just-installed appearance. Simply mopping and scrubbing will only remove surface dirt, not the dirt caked throughout the grout.

In the illustration below, dirt has seeped through the original grout, all the way to the foundation, and under the tiles. This dirt and grime is impossible to remove with standard practices such as scrubbing and mopping.
With the InStyle Tile and Grout cleaning system, we apply special foaming cleaners that penetrate deep through the grout all the way to the foundation. Once the cleaning formula has reached the foundation, a foaming action is started that loosens and lifts the dirt and grime to the surface where it can be removed.
After the cleaning process have been completed, we install a protective sealant. This sealant penetrates all the way through the grout, all the way to the foundation. Our unique process creates a long lasting, durable layer of protection that prevents dirt and spills from being absorbed by grout. View our before and after photos
