What to Expect from our Professional Home Care Service

Your Initial Estimate

When you contact In Style Services by phone or our online request form, we will schedule one of our trained home care representative to your residence. Our company's policy is to never submit you to high pressure sales tactics, but to only offer services that you want or may need your home.

We are very happy to provide services to help you make your home look like new again. All of our sales representatives have been with the company for at least a year and are not paid a sales commission on work performed on your home.
 

Once our home care representative arrives, you and our representative will take a brief walk-around inspection around the house. We will count your windows, and inspect the condition of fixtures and windows. After the walk through is completed you then will be provided a detailed estimate and informed on what to expect on the day of your cleaning.

We will gladly discuss all of our services in great detail, and their respective cost to you prior to an appointment. We will always give you a fair and knowledgeable assessment of any situation.

Day of Cleaning

Your In Style home crew will arrive to your residence on time.  The crew leader will introduce himself as well as the crew to you.

When the cleaning begins, the In Style crew begins by cleaning the outside first. This would consist of things like pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and lamp cleaning. Once the outside of the house is perfect, the crew will then move to clean the inside of the home. All of our crew members wear shoe covers while in the house and carry no drip buckets to keep your floors clean.  The crew leader will then offer to change any light bulbs or move any furniture that you may need assistance with at no charge to you. However, they are not sales representatives and will not pressure you into any additional work.
 
You then are presented with an itemized bill and asked what schedule you would like to be on. This schedule is not a contract but just a way to follow up with you every 3 months. You can choose from a variety of schedules that best fit you and your home. 

The crew leader will then collect payment on site for the services completed that day. You will also receive coupons in the mail the following week for your next cleaning.
