Staff and Training
At In Style we want to give you the service you deserve and the attention your home needs. With that in mind we hire only qualified employees. All crew members are drug tested, background checked, and will not be hired if they have any criminal record what so ever.
All of our crew members are put through a rigorous 6 month training program and are certified before ever touching a home. The entire company stays up to date with new products and technology by attending seminars and expos throughout the year.
Our crew is our pride, and we continuously strive to better ourselves. Our company wants to earn your business for life and our employees reflect that. There are many different levels within the In Style crew each one of those positions is described below.
Branch Manager
The branch manager is the person who oversees the work performed on your house and manages the crews. He makes sure you are offered everything you may need and that you receive assistance if needed. The branch manager also makes sure you, the homeowner, are 100% satisfied with the outcome of our service.
Sales Representative
Our sales representatives are not trained to hard sell you but to only sell services that you want or may need your home. We will not pressure you into anything we are only there to help you make your home look like new again. All of our sales representatives have been with the company for at least 1 year and are not paid commission. They are also cross trained with the crew members to better understand your needs and how our process works.
Crew Leaders
All of our crew leaders are put through a long and intense training process before receiving the position. They must be with the company for a minimum of 2 years and have 600 hours of extra training. A branch manager will then inspect 12 consecutive home and they must be cleaned 100% to pass. This is a way to ensure that they are consistent in their job and to ensure your home is perfect. These crew leaders are also not on commission but are trained to notice things that may need repaired, cleaned, or anything else. If you need anything such as furniture moved or light bulbs changed this is the person to ask. They will instruct another member of a team to do so at no charge to you. Our crew leaders are top of the industry and will make certain your home is looking great every time.
Crew Members
You will not find a more courteous, hard working, great attitude, and respecting crew than ours at In Style. All of our crew members are training to be a crew leader and are there to fulfill any need you may have. To better assist you we make it mandatory for all members to speak fluent English. They know their job is to take care of you and your home.
